BADENFANT POLICY ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

List of processes where artificial intelligence is not used in ANY WAY:

Garment design - A.I. will not be used to create mockups, sketches, or to generate ideas in any way for new designs.

Pattern design and grading - A.I. will not be used to create, trace, correct, or grade garment patterns.

Content creation - A.I. will not be used to generate content of any sort, digital or analog. Photos, videos, audio, layouts, graphics, text, and any other medium by which the brand is expressed will be created by humans. Content of any sort cannot be optimized by artificial intelligence: image, video, audio, text, or layout enhancement beyond what was already available in standard pre-AI toolkits (basic image sharpening, noise reduction).

Communications - A.I. will not be used to communicate with customers or collaborators.
